Reservations ~ Cancellations ~ Pricing
There are three ways to make a reservation for a meeting:
- Signup Genius. You will receive an email invitation for each meeting. This is our preferred method for reservations because it saves the club money. You will also find the SignupGenius link and other weekly program details here.
- Email. Send an email with name, date of meeting. Send the email to email@example.com.
- Call the clubhouse. If you are unable to email or use Signup Genius, call the clubhouse at 651-227-5885. Leave a message including your name, the date of the event and any special dietary requests.
The cost of the each lunch this year is $25.
All reservations must be completed before noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
A limited number of additional lunches may be available on a first come first served basis on the day of the meeting.
Include dietary requests in your reservation and identify yourself to the server at the meal. (one alternative meal is available which is vegetarian and gluten free)
Cancellations must be made before noon the Friday prior to the meeting you will miss, or you will be charged for the meal.
Guests and visitors may attend three times before becoming a member.
Please note that there will no longer be a permanent list.
