THREE WAYS TO SIGN UP FOR LUNCH:
1. SIGNUPGENIUS email invite (preferred)
2. WEBSITE SUG links: Upcoming Events page and Tuesday Program Details page
3. NEW EMAIL: hospitality@aauwstpaul.org

When you email your reservation, please provide your name, date of meeting, guest information, and dietary requirements.

When you make your reservation in SignUpGenius,
you have the option to pay online with a credit card (preferred)
OR pay at the House on Tuesday.

DEADLINES:
Reservation deadline: Noon the Friday before
Cancellation deadline: Noon the Friday before (late cancellations cannot be refunded)
Special Event reservations will follow deadlines specified for each event.

TWO WAYS TO CANCEL A LUNCH RESERVATION:
1. SIGNUPGENIUS: Go to your SignUpGenius webpage and change your reservation
2. NEW EMAIL: hospitality@aauwstpaul.org

MORE INFORMATION:
Meal price includes a 17% tip, meeting setup, and water, tea, and coffee.  Meals must be prepaid through SignUpGenius or on the day of the event by cash, check (payable to St. Paul AAUW), or credit card.  Members pay the credit card’s processing fee for reservations not made on SignUpGenius

A gluten-free/vegetarian alternative meal is available upon request.  Please ask for this option when you make your reservation, and please identify yourself to your server.
